INSA Hauts-de-France Graduation Ceremony - March 22, 2025
Promotion 2024, INSA Hauts-de-France invites you to your graduation ceremony at the Cité des Congrès in Valenciennes in the early afternoon.
Starting at 7pm, the INSA Hauts-de-France Gala will take place; an edition placed under the theme of the INSA Hauts-de-France Festival and organized by the student association NUIT INSA.

Each graduate can be accompanied by 2 people maximum, also registered.
ID required for graduation.

Location : Cité des Congrès, 1 esplanade des Rives Créatives, Anzin.
Free on-site parking and easy access by public transport.
Changing rooms on site for graduates only.

1:30 pm: Ceremony begins (NEF, first floor) - Entrance 2 (see map at bottom of page)
3:30pm to 6pm : Cocktail reception (HALLE, first floor)
Engineers
2:30pm: Ceremony begins (Auditorium, upstairs)
4:30pm to 6pm : Cocktail reception (HALLE, first floor)
Gala: an evening under the theme of the INSA Hauts-de-France Festival
